15th Croydon & Sutton Beer & Cider Festival - Staffing Form

9th - 11th October 2008

Come and help us set up and run our festival (and have some fun with time for a few beers on us!). We need staff at all sessions as shown below. Just indicate the times you can manage - even an hour or two of your time will be helpful BUT please keep a copy for your own records and let us know if you can't make the times you have previously indicated.

what capacity (eg Bar Work, Steward, Products, Front of House etc.)
Do you have any qualifications which could be of use at the Beer Festival
(eg First Aid Certificate, Scaffold Erection, Electrician, HGV/Van Driver)
Do you have any medical conditions which we should be aware of or are there
any areas of work you can not consider (eg Heavy Lifting, Scaffold Climbing)
Please bring your CAMRA Membership Card and some acceptable ID when you attend.
